Manchester United and England goalkeeper Mary Earps has been linked with a move to Arsenal, but a January transfer appears unlikely.

WHAT HAPPENED?
Earps has switched talent representation agencies, moving from Ignite Talent and signing for A&V Sports. In moving to A&V Sports, Earps has joined fellow stars such as Chelsea and Australia forward Sam Kerr and Lyon striker Ada Hegerberg as well as her fellow United goalkeeper Phallon Tullis-Joyce.

Earps wanted to join Arsenal at the end of last season but United were not willing to sell her to the Gunners, having lost Alessia Russo over the summer. The goalkeeper's time with United is coming to an end though as her contract expires at the end of this season. However, Arsenal are not expected to make a bid for her, according to

WHAT NEXT FOR MARY EARPS?
The goalkeeper is now allowed to negotiate with other clubs and find a new side for next season, when she can leave United for free. The Red Devils take on PSV Eindhoven in a mid-season friendly in Malta on January 5 before their next competitive game, an FA Cup fourth round game at home to Newcastle on January 14.
